I forgot my password

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and enter your email. We email you a 6-digit code; enter it in the app and choose a new password.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Me › Settings › Account & security › Delete account. Your account and everything in it are deleted for good. This does not cancel a subscription bought through Apple — cancel that in iPhone Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions.

Subscriptions and purchases

Purchases are made through Apple. To change or cancel a pass, open iPhone Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions. On a new phone, tap Restore Purchases in the app's shop.

Reporting a post, a message or an angler

Tap ··· on the post, message or profile and choose Report. We review every report.
